Function
The Board of Directors shall have supervision, control and direction of the affairs of the Association.

Responsibility and Authority
Each member of the Board of Directors shall have a single vote, and is vested with the duties as
listed.

Duties
1. Shall determine policy or changes therein within the limits of the bylaws.
2. Shall actively prosecute its purposes and shall have discretion in the disbursement of its funds.
3. It may adopt such rules and regulations for conduct of its business as shall be deemed advisable, and may, in execution of the powers granted, appoint such agents as it may, in execution of the powers granted, appoint such agents as it may consider necessary.
