The Ozaukee County Land Information Office is proud to announce the honor of being selected to give a presentation at the ESRI International User Conference in San Diego on July 16, 2014.
The presentation “Multi-Jurisdictional GIS & Asset Management – A New Approach to an Old Problem” was selected to present the cooperation between Ozaukee County and its local municipalities in the development of the county/municipal shared GIS Web site.
Cristina Richards, Land Information Officer/GIS Coordinator at Ozaukee County and Scott Daniel, GIS Analyst at Ruekert-Mielke Inc. will give an 18 minute presentation discussing this topic which fits well in with this year’s ESRI User Conference theme, “United We Map”. Ozaukee County and the local municipalities have worked hard with Ruekert-Mielke to develop the joint GIS Web site and hope this presentation not only shows how cooperation and data sharing can benefit the public, but also present options for local municipalities to work with counties and state agencies.
For those who are attending the conference, please feel free to attend the session which will be held at 3:15 pm in Room 27A on July 16th. For more information or questions, please contact Cristina Richards at (262) 284-8262.
