Register for the meeting and don’t miss this excellent lineup of presentations! We will discuss current geospatial issues, review the latest legislative updates, and spend time networking with the land information professionals that have gathered from across the region.

  • Charlie Fitzpatrick, Schools Program Manager for Esri, will share his infectious passion for K-12 GIS education and educator mentoring.
  • Mike Koutnik will speak about helping local conservation groups like Gathering Waters use GIS to enhance their work.

The Thursday Night Dinner will be taking place on a boat as we cruise around the Apostle Islands before sunset!

Going to be in Bayfield early on Wednesday evening? The Ghost Walk Tour is available for the brave and adventurous!

Bayfield Ghost Walk Tour – $15 This tour shares tales of the supernatural including “dearly departed” spirits who still linger in local homes and civic buildings, UFO sightings over Lake Superior, and other “shivery” stories. This tour will be offered on Wednesday, Oct. 23rd at dusk (approximately 6:30 PM) and the leisurely one-mile walk lasts about 1.5 hours.
