This year we will be a offering a lineup of 15 different opportunities to learn on Workshop Wednesday at the 33rd Annual Conference on February 19, 2020. There is certain to be something to suit you among the two full day workshops, seven morning sessions, and six afternoon sessions. Again, that is 15 different workshops.
Our two full day workshops are 6 hours long, featuring the hot topics of parcels and redistricting. ArcGIS Pro Parcel Fabric will be led by parcel fabric expert Frank Conkling of Panda Consulting. Local Redistricting in Wisconsin will be taught by the triumvirate of Ryan Squires, Grace White and Zach Robinson from the Legislative Technology Services Bureau, as well as Dan Veroff of the Applied Population Lab and Staci Duros of the Legislative Reference Bureau.
If a full day workshop won’t fit into your schedule we have 13 different 3-hour sessions available, seven in the morning and six in the afternoon. You also can combine a morning and afternoon session to create a full day. These sessions are lead by a range of professionals, from state agencies to leading geospatial firms.
Our morning session titles include Drones and GIS, Field Operations with ArcGIS, Geocoding for Fun, Relaxation, and Profit, LiDAR 101, Implementation of an Online GIS Application from Concept to Implementation, Geospatial Metadata, and ArcGIS Pro! Part Deux.
Our afternoon session titles include Creating Dashboards with Configurable Apps, Mapping Technology for GIS Applications – Comparing UAS, Photogrammetry and LiDAR, GIS Programming with R, Integrating Collector and Related Tables, Following Footsteps: A Monumental Effort, and Parcel Management in Pro: What’s Changing?
An added bonus of choosing one of the two full day workshops or a combination of the 13 half-day workshops is lunch will be included at no additional charge! Check out all 15 technical workshops and decide which you are attending.
