Laurel Hanson of Xcel Energy will have a 30 minute presentation updating her presentation from last year, Countdown to 2 Gigawatts, which detailed how Xcel Energy uses ArcGIS Online and Survey123 for wind construction. If you recall last years’ presentation it focused on utilizing mobile GIS and focused on what Xcel had accomplished and what lied in their future. This time Laurel will go in depth discussing how to link Survey123 inspections to individual features as well as how surveys can be exported and logged as the document of record and used for reporting. Whether you attended last years’ presentation or not, this presentation on Mobile GIS is an opportunity for enlightenment if you are looking to integrate the technology in your workplace.
Survey 123 Inspections for Wind Construction, is part of the Mobile GIS track and will take place at 11:30 AM on Thursday February 20, 2020.
