We are looking for moderators during the 2020 WLIA Annual Conference being held February 20-21 at the Marriott Madison West in Middleton, WI. Please review the conference program on the 2020 Annual Conference Page to determine if you would like to moderate a track for the entire day or perhaps as little as one session. Any help would be very much appreciated!
Duties of a Room Moderator include introducing the speaker(s), keeping them on time, assisting the change of AV equipment, and distributing handouts. You will also have a room monitor, who is usually a student volunteer, to help with lights, the door traffic, going to conference organizers for additional AV or assistance, or any other needs that may arise.
