Jason Krueger, CP, GISP | Manager | Aerial Mapping
With 23 years of experience – 13 of them at Ayres – Jason brings experience in the fields of mapping and GIS. He has worked both as a technician and as a project manager for a broad range of mapping and land information services, and his experience includes work in the public and private sectors. His specialties include lidar and photogrammetry project design, flight planning, and customized spatial data services.
Zachary Nienow, GISP | Senior Project Manager | Geospatial Services
Zach, a geospatial project manager with extensive experience in digital mapping, GIS, and project management, joined Ayres in 2011. Zach designs and leads lidar and orthoimagery projects from planning through flight and then data processing, quality control, and completion. He serves a diverse range of clients in the private and public sectors, including many counties and municipalities in Wisconsin. As project coordinator for the Wisconsin Regional Orthophotoimagery Consortium, Zach is part of a team completing orthoimagery and lidar projects for over 100 members and partners.
Zach has 16 total years of experience. His areas of expertise include aerial sensors, orthoimagery, aerial lidar, lidar specifications, geographic information systems, and environmental remote sensing applications.
Adam Derringer, GISP | Senior Project Manager | Geospatial Services
Adam joined Ayres’ geospatial operations in 2013 as a project manager and has 19 total years of experience. He excels in project design and management, client relations, problem solving, bidding, estimating, budgeting, cost reduction, and staff training and development. Adam values long-term client relationships and works effectively on projects with multi-disciplinary teams. He has experience establishing and managing a GIS department. He also has experience in the public sector in Wisconsin, where he implemented Juneau County’s first GIS.
Adam has consulted worldwide on GIS department best practices and workflows, and he is the recipient of an international Esri Special Achievement in GIS award. He has extensive experience with geoprocessing, scripting, modeling, and data conversions. Adam is a WLIA past president, chairman of the 12-member Wisconsin Land Information Council, and a board member of the Esri Wisconsin User Group.
Dick Kleinmann, PLS | Project Manager | Geospatial Services
Dick has 40 years of surveying and project management experience (3 of them at Ayres) in both the private and public sectors. He currently serves as a project manager in Ayres’ aerial mapping group/geospatial division, focusing on the transportation sector. Dick is active in the geospatial profession, on the local, state, and national levels, serving as chair of the WSLS Geospatial Committee, co-chair of the Wisconsin Spatial Reference System 2022 Task Force (WSRS 2022), Wisconsin director of the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS), and member of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) AKD70 Geospatial Data Acquisition Technologies Committee.
