Jeff Ledbetter, GISP, ENP, PMP
Mr. Ledbetter has over twenty years of experience in GIS technology and Public Safety applications. His focus is on GIS projects for NG9-1-1, Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), police/fire operations, and emergency management. will be responsible for managing the relationship with the Commonwealth and the overall success of the project.
Sandy Dyre, CPM, ENP
Ms. Sandy Dyre, Public Safety Expert with DATAMARK, the public safety team of Michael Baker International, has been in public safety for over 20 years in various roles from 9-1-1 Dispatcher, Master Street Address Guide (MSAG) Coordinator, 9-1-1 System Administrator, and 9-1-1 Project Manager with the State of Arizona 9-1-1 Program Office with a focus on PSAP operations, wireless services, GIS, and Next Generation 9-1-1. Ms. Dyre co-chairs various NENA work groups and is an Emergency Number Professional (ENP).
Ms. Rollins has over nine years of experience in the GIS industry, and over 15 years as a technical trainer and training designer. Her areas of expertise include GIS data projects involving assessing and remediating public safety data for E9-1-1 and NG9-1-1, educating public safety GIS professionals on best practices and standards for maintaining public safety grade GIS data, and designing workflows to optimize public safety database management and accuracy.
