Kevin Carr | President, MasterGraphics
Driving the adoption of 3D print to aid our clients in shortening time to market, reducing overall product development costs, and increasing innovation. Focused on creating a team that utilizes a set process to partner with leading manufacturers to successfully implement Additive Manufacturing. Beyond the actual 3D printer, the team is focused on supporting new design processes to leverage any investment and ensure the proper service and admin for best in class ongoing support. Lastly, continuing to drive MasterGraphics focus on the 2D Wide Format printing by bringing best in class solutions to the CAD printing market. As printing CAD documents has changed, looking to continue to evolve our offerings to leverage new digital and color workflows. Keeping the teams focus on improved processes and ROI for our clients.
Kevin’s current role is President of MasterGraphics. His primary responsibilities include leadership, growth and profitability for the business unit, which includes hardware sales, reprographics and data services, service and repair and consumables sales. Offerings include both traditional 2D wide format print solutions and the latest in 3D printing and prototyping.
Gene Call | 2D Large-Format & 3D Inside Account Manager
Gene is celebrating 32 years of employment at MasterGraphics. Gene has held several different positions since joining MasterGraphics in 1989, including CAD software and services, large format inside 2D and 3D printing account manager.
During his tenure with the company, Gene has witnessed a dramatic change in the acceleration of project design and communication, and he has been front and center supporting his customers through that evolution. One thing that has not changed, however, is his commitment to strong relationships with those customers.
Terry Frisk | Account Manager | Wide Format Division
Terry is celebrating nearly 40 years in the wide-format industry and 27 of those years with MasterGraphics. Prior to his time with MasterGraphics, Terry worked for Versatec as a Field Service Engineer for most of the 1980s in the Chicagoland area. He then took a job with CalComp managing the Milwaukee office as Engineer in Charge, covering the state of Wisconsin, later taking a position as Dealer Support Specialist covering the Central Region, from Kentucky to Minnesota.
With MasterGraphics, being one of CalComp’s most successful resellers in the Central Region Terry decided to join the MasterGraphics team to manage the service department. He soon would grow the service team from two technicians to eight within 18 months, making MasteGraphics one of the most respected service teams in the Midwest, winning numerous “Service Awards” presented by manufactures like HP, Canon, Xerox and Oce.
During his tenure with MasterGraphics Terry also managed the Reprographics department and since has moved on to an Account Manager’s position specializing in the wide-format market place, providing solutions and selling the technology he once provided service and support for.
