Debbie Anderson, GISP | GIS Analyst
Debbie is responsible for data acquisition for GIS analysis and exhibit preparation. She is also prepares the data for the analysis and exhibits for reports within R/M. She is highly experienced with ESRI, Autodesk, and GenaWare software products. Debbie develops user manuals for staff and clients, and insures that proper quality control procedures are followed and documented. Debbie gained work experience with the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (SEWRPC), including years as a lead GIS operator.
David A. Flack, GISP | Senior GIS Analyst
David is proficient with many GIS and database software programs, including ESRI ArcGIS server and desktop, SQL Server, and Microsoft Access. He is also an experienced user of Universal Modeling Language (UML) for database design. David also designs and develops GIS websites using ESRI ArcGIS Server and Geocortex Essentials. He is fluent in ASP.NET and David is also principally responsible for managing R/M’s GIS hosting environment housed in Amazon Web Services.
Jacob I. Tully | GIS Client Consultant
Jake has a diverse background with experience in customer service, GIS, utility design, and client success management. This experience provides him with a foundation to utilize his skills and work closely with clients to ensure they are comfortable and confidant while working with their GIS.
