Members, nonmembers, students, speakers, and exhibitors are all asked to sign up in Eventsquid. For exhibitors who have already paid, there is an “Exhibitor – Pre-paid” option that skips the fee and makes registering for the conference easy!
By signing up in Eventsquid, you will be able to customize your conference itinerary, sign up to receive the welcome kit, and get access to all of the conference Zoom links for workshops, sessions, keynotes, and more. We hope to see you there!
Here are some tips and tricks for a smooth registration process in Eventsquid (the platform we are using for this virtual event registration):
Select your registration profile – member, nonmember, student, or pre-paid exhibitor (no fees):
Next, enter personal information on the 1st page:
Then enter welcome kit preferences and mailing address on the 2nd page:
Next, make your workshop selections and more on the 3rd page:
Once those selections are made, click on “Final Steps” to proceed…
Now you can click Finish and Pay Later (pay by check or pay online later) or Pay Now (pay with a credit card in PayPal). You don’t need to have a PayPal account to proceed, you can choose “checkout as a guest” in PayPal to enter a credit card on the next page.
When checking out as a guest, PayPal will still prompt you for an email – enter email address to receive a receipt of the transaction!
Now you will be on the final step! Enter credit card information as you normally would to complete registration and payment:
