Wisconsin Land Information Association
The Wisconsin Land Information Association is seeking members to serve as President-Elect or Director on our Board of Directors. You are encouraged to recommend yourself or someone you believe would serve WLIA well. We strive to build a slate of candidates that will represent the entire spectrum of the WLIA membership.
The only requirement is that the person be a member of WLIA. If you are recommending someone for the President-Elect position, that person must have served on the Board of Directors for at least two years. Please provide a brief description of why you think this person will make a good board member, such as what part of the state they hail from and what occupation they represent (full biographies will be solicited for the actual ballot from our final candidates).
- The President-Elect position is a four (4) year commitment (one year as President-Elect of the association, one year as President of the association, one year as the Past President position on the Board of Directors and one year as the Scholarship Foundation President).
- Director positions are a two (2) year commitment.

Founded in 1987, WLIA is a grassroots organization representing a collection of concerned professionals working to develop, maintain, and apply a network of statewide land information systems.
We are united by an interest in land records modernization, GIS, and related technologies, and by the need for government policies and programs that support their efficient and effective application.
