*Once Glacier Canyon Lodge is full, they will open up rooms at the Wilderness Resort for us at the same conference rate. Those Wilderness Resort rooms are just as nice and connected via sky walks; they are just a little farther away (about a 15-20 minute walk) from the convention center.
Cancellation policy for a guest room is 72 hours in advance.
Rates
$98 single or prevailing state rate/$119 double, triple, quad for a double queen couch room or $159 for a two-bedroom deluxe room.

Requirements for Tax-Exempt Organizations
- If the reservation is paid for with a company/organization/school card, a Certificate of Exempt Status (CES), a properly completed Wisconsin Department of Revenue form S-211, or a purchase order identifying the tax exempt organization and containing the CES number will be required.
- If the reservation is paid for with a personal card, a letter of reimbursement from your organization with their letterhead will be required.
- Tax exempt documents can be submitted at check-in, or emailed ahead of time to exemptgroup@wildernessresort.com
