Congratulations to the group of Nick Gamroth, Nicole Hoeppner, Troy Everson, and Brian Braithwaite for their presentation of Nothing Personal...Just Keepin' It Real - Managing the Spatial Component of the Personal Property Shift to the Real Estate Roll receiving the People's Votes for the Best Presentation at the 2024 WLIA Annual Conference. The presentation was about the elimination of the personal property tax in Wisconsin and discussed future challenges that Real Property Listers face.
