2024 WLIA Map Contest Awards - The Champions of Cartography!

In a record-breaking turnout, a total of 70 maps were submitted to the 2024 WLIA Annual Conference Map Contest. This year featured a brand-new Youth Map Contest, where we had 14 outstanding entries submitted by kids ages 5 years old to 15 years old!
A special thank you to the Map Gallery Sponsors: GeoComm, Ruekert & Mielke, and UW-Madison GIS Professional Programs. We are super grateful for all the volunteers who help bring the map contest to life, and everybody who submitted a map.
To view all of the map entries, check out the 2024 WLIA Virtual Map Gallery.
