Join us for an inspiring keynote on one of today’s most critical success drivers:  collaboration.

The Power of Partnerships and Collaboration

In today’s rapidly changing world, no single organization or sector can solve complex challenges alone—especially in small communities where resources are limited but potential is vast. This presentation explores the transformative impact of breaking down silos and fostering collaboration across departments, organizations, and sectors. By amplifying shared resources and talents, partnerships not only drive innovation but also create sustainable solutions that deliver better outcomes for the people and communities we serve.

Drawing from his diverse leadership journey as President and CEO of the Greater Watertown Community Health Foundation, former Jefferson County Administrator and Lemont, IL Village Administrator, and retired U.S. Army officer, Ben Wehmeier shares real-world lessons on building trust, aligning diverse perspectives, and creating collaborative systems that maximize impact. Attendees will gain practical insights into how intentional partnerships can unlock creativity, strengthen resilience, and accelerate progress toward common goals.

This session will encourage attendees to think beyond boundaries, embrace the power of collective action, and harness collaboration as a catalyst for meaningful, lasting change.
