Map Contest Deadlines are Approaching

With the 2026 WLIA Annual Conference just over two weeks away the time to submit your maps to the Map Contest is NOW!  

The final day to submit Interactive and Story Maps is February 18th, with Static Maps falling just behind it on the 20th. Interactive Maps are judged prior to the conference, so those need to be submitted by next Wednesday in order to qualify. Static (hard copy) Maps are judged on-site so if you can’t get them in by the 20th, you can still drop them off in-person on the 26th before 10:00am.   

And don’t forget to have those kiddos submit their maps too. They could win a $50 Amazon Gift Card! 

Note: All hard copy maps NEED to be present in the Map Gallery at the conference to be judged, so make sure they are dropped off at the Map Contest Registration table before 10am on Thursday the 26th.
