Wednesday Night Opening
Mitchell Winiecki – ESRI Account Manager with True Stories of Adventure
Mitchell is an Account Manager with ESRI. He specializes in local government, and has worked in the GIS realm for almost 20 years. Tackling diverse roles ranging from Cadastral Surveyor in Alaska to Engineering Technician and GIS Consultant in Minneapolis. He currently lives and works in St. Paul, MN. This will be a great kick-off for an amazing conference!

Scott Oppmann - ArcGIS Solutions Director
Scott is ESRI’s ArcGIS Solutions Director and has over 25 years of experience in the planning, development, implementation, management, and application of technology solutions. After pioneering GIS in several government organizations, Scott joined ESRI with the mission to bridge the gap between government needs and the technology that supports them. He currently leads a team of subject matter experts who design ArcGIS Solutions for common government, utility, and defense workflows.

Dr. Amy Rosebrough – WI State Archaeologist
Amy is the Wisconsin State Archaeologist, in the State Historic Preservation Office of the Wisconsin Historical Society. A native of the Missouri Ozarks, she has long had an interest in burial monuments and archaeology. She is an alumni of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and received her doctorate in 2010 for region-wide re-analysis of Wisconsin's effigy mounds and mound builders. She has worked as an archaeologist in the academic, private, and public sectors. In her current position at the Wisconsin Historical Society, she manages archaeological and burial sites data, assists Wisconsin's citizens with archaeological questions, and serves as a subject matter expert.
