Congratulations to Brad Blumer from the City of Waukesha for receiving the People's Votes for the Best Presentation at the 2023 WLIA Annual Conference. Brad's presentation "Developing Guidelines to Resolve Addressing Conflicts" was a look at the City's Street Naming and Addressing Guidelines, and walked attendess through how the City applies a review workflow to deal with new project and existing address conflicts in the real world.
